El Comienzo del Fin...

Hace un par de días comenzó este nuevo año. "El último año" dicen algunos que creen en cada cuento apocalíptico surgido durante los meses anteriores, pero la verdad es que simplemente es un año más que se nos viene encima. Con cosas buenas, cosas malas, con risas, llantos entre otras cosas. En solo un nuevo libro por leer, un nuevo diario por escribir, nueva música por escuchar, nuevos pasos, nuevas personas. Es un montón de emociones esperando salir, para llenar el espacio vacío que dejaron las sensaciones que ya murieron con la Noche Vieja.

De algún modo quise hacer una suerte de inventario, de como había transcurrido el año anterior. Pero la verdad de las cosas, es que si por un lado el 2011 fue un año relativamente "parejo" no lo fue en el mejor de los términos. Bastante trágico, bastante confuso y estúpido, digno de pasar a la historia aunque no sea "sin pena ni gloria". Fue constructivo en cierta medida, ya que a muchos nos dejó con la bala pasada, y con el vacío que nos toca volver a llenar en este nuevo comienzo... Limpiando los residuos de lo viejo.

ya que si, realmente han reaparecido cosas de la vida, a las que se les necesita poner un punto final, se ven fáciles de terminar al fin. así que el primer gran paso será atar cabos sueltos, para aferrarse a la corriente aniquiladora que este Apocalíptico 2012, nos quiere lanzar...¡A por un Nuevo Año por cambiar!

5 huevos
150grs azúcar
150grs harina
(Chocolate)
130grs harina

20grs cacao amargo

150grs azucar

Preparación:

Dividir los huevos en claras y yemas. Batir las claras a nieve hasta que queden firmes. Agregar la mitad de la cantidad de azúcar y seguir batiendo hasta que el merengue quede brillante. Batir las yemas con l resto del azúcar hasta que quede a punto Rubans(o para que se entienda, lo suficientemente espeso como para que "caiga en forma de pelo", luego lo explico mejor).

Mezclar ambos batidos de manera envolvente. Agregar los ingredientes secos cernidos...

Cocción

...luego que la masa esté lista, vaciar y esparcir sobre un trozo de papel mantequilla formando un rectángulo con un grosor de 1 cm. Hornear a 200° C por siete minutos. Retirar del horno, voltear, enfriar. Rellenar (manjar, mermelada, crema, etc.) decorar.

No es por ser hereje, ni "antisistémica" ni nada, no tengo intenciones de echarme al hombro el disgusto de ningún cristiano pero al final de cuentas estas fechas solo se tratan de que lo que es popular, lo que fue mayoría se preocupa de suprimir la minoría y manejarnos a todos con una idea común; del consumismo y la ambición a la que hemos llegado a lo largo de los días. Gracias a aquellos a los que les conviene modificar la "Historia" a su parecer.
Que Nacimiento de Cristo ni que ocho cuartos, cuando según los hechos esto ocurrió en otra fecha sin ninguna relación. Son los dioses "paganos" de diferentes culturas las que solían ser celebradas este día; es el nacimiento de distintas versiones del Sol las que son festejadas en estas fechas, y si que tiene más sentido, al relacionarse con las creencias comunes que hacen referencia al Solsticio de Verano.
Por favor Señores, no nos vengan más con cuentos.

Is funny how easy is for some people make you feel like bullshit. And like I said, funny or not, it always hurts. And it hurts even more because of that ease (I know it sounds redundant, but it's still confusing to me, and I don't know how can I make it simple, More than redundant, it's no sense,)

Anyway, If I try to think... there are two options. Take it, or let it go.

You could keep having fun, without care too much about what people's thinking (BEING YOURSELF!.), or you could think about that harm over and over again, "because you really apreciate what that people say about you, what people think about you", (Losing your mind for a while, feeling stuck because your mind is focused on anything else, and so on... )

How the hell could be that difficult? How the hell you really know what you have to do, when something keeps you having doubts? when something keeps you tied, how can you let it go? how can you let HIM go? If HE was what you wanted... because he was who you liked

The only thing that I'm sure about, is who started all this shit. It was me.
Is stupid how easy es for me make the same mistakes, the same fucking mistakes that I try to avoid in others. I didn't want to bother anyone. I really didn't want to bother him, 'cause I didn't want to think how much he means to me. Like a friend, and like a man.

…he pensado que podríamos celebrar este 5 de noviembre… (un día que, lamentablemente, ya nadie recuerda)… tomándonos 5 minutos de nuestra ajetreada vida… para sentarnos y charlar un poco…

…hay, claro está, personas que no quieren que hablemos… sospecho que, en este momento… estarán dando órdenes por teléfono… y que hombres armados ya vienen en camino…

¿Por qué? Porque mientras puedan… utilizarán la fuerza… ¿Para qué el diálogo? … sin embargo… las palabras siempre conservarán su poder… las palabras hacen posible que algo tome significado… y, si se escuchan… enuncian la verdad… y la verdad es… que en este país… algo va muy mal, ¿no? …crueldad e injusticia… intolerancia y opresión…

Tenía que encontrarle una explicación más específica....

Las espaldas tienen un significado popularmente arraigado o relacionado con el trabajo, con la fortaleza física, con bondad, la sinceridad y la nobleza, por este motivo cuando soñamos con ella, los significados son muy directos en cuanto a la comprensión o evaluación del sueño.

Por supuesto visualizar en nuestro sueño una espalda fuerte o vigorosa en forma y postura, nos representa salud y bienestar, así como seguridad  y aplomo en nosotros mismos cuando es la nuestra, y si por el contrario  es la de un amigo o familiar, representaría que dicha compañía es muy  positiva para nuestra vida, representando confianza y positividad para  nuestro entorno.

A la inversa si se manifiesta una espalda pequeña o débil, lo cual se traducirá en procesos de enfermedad, por venir o instalados, a los que deberemos enfrentar, pero estamos siendo prevenidos por este sueño.

Una espalda curvada puede significar desdichas,  infelicidad en el trabajo que venimos desempeñando, y que en muchos  casos se realizan casi por toda una vida, transformando a estas personas  en seres retraídos y desgraciados, por la vida que les tocó llevar,  pero a su vez  no tuvieron la fortaleza necesaria para cambiar su  condición, esto sueño nos permiten reflexionar sobre estas cuestiones de  vida.

Ver a varias personas con espaldas curvas en  nuestro sueño, nos indica que el ámbito social, tanto laboral como  familiar, no existen posibilidades de futuro, ya que la resignación se  hace presente ante esta imagen negativa.

Si es una persona negativa para nuestra vida o enemigo al que vemos con esta condición de una espalda vencida, se nos anticipa que ya no podrá dañarnos, en el aspecto que influya en nuestra vida, ya que se derrotó a si mismo, tal vez por desear mal a otros, ya que esto según una ley universal, “se vuelve multiplicado perjudicando a aquel que desea mal a su prójimo”.

El maldito aburrimiento

 Comenzo mi día hace un buen par de horas y aún no soy capaz de sincronizar bien mis neuronas, como para dar una orden tan simple como el "Levantarse".

Necesitaré tomar medidas drásticas.

Una taza, 350 cc de agua hirviendo, una cucharada llena de café, diez gotas de endulzante, un tapita de esencias de almendra, un poco de leche...Y a mezclarlo todo. 

Olerlo, palparlo, saborearlo,y disfrutarlo antes que mi estómago note su presencia y me castige por mi impertinencia...

Ese calor que recorre desde la punta de mi lengua y me  inunda hasta la punta de mis frios pies, como quien dice por ahí "me devuelve el alma al cuerpo", asi de simple. No solo con el calor corporal, es que el calor de los buenos recuerdos tambien vuelve. Las visitas a Limache, a la casa de la playa (aunque en menor intencidad esta vez) esos días nublados en los que uno se levanta tarde, y la abuela te tiene hata la once servida...

Perdón, La Mami Eli.

Cuando salíamos poco más en pijama al antejardin a encaramarse al almendro o el nogal a robarse los frutos más altos, antes de su caida y absoluta perdida. Comer, hasta decir basta, y el estomago se retuersa por tanto calor...

Enfermarse, pero con una alegria, con la satisfacción de que lo comido (Y lo bailado) no te lo quita nadie...

Es tan fácil traer viejos recuerdos de vuelta, y tan difícil retenerlos el sufuciente tiempo como para no olvidarlos jamás.  

Por eso Necesito de estos recordatorios, para entrar en calor...para entrar un ratito a esos recuerdos escondidos en mi cabeza y devolverme el alma al cuerpo, impregnada con el aroma del café con esencia de almendras. Impregnadas con el olor a lo que siempre estará aquí, esas cosas que sienten respiran y viven conmigo.

Por que creer que llorar esta tan mal, que es taaan inutil, y nos vuelve unas histéricas de mierda, que  no se entiende nada, que no tiene se autocontrol bla-bla-blá...

En los últimos dos años lo he hecho tan frecuentemente que ya perdí la cuenta de cuantas veces, y cuantas razones me terminan ahogando al punto que el agua se desborda sin mucha dificultad por los ojos.

Hay quienes gritan, quienes pegan, quienes odian, y quienes matan... y quienes lloramos, incluso más que la mierda.

Pero al final la forma más simple de descargarlo todo, es dejarlo salir. Menos daño se produce. Menos señales  de sufrimiento quedan a la vista de otros. Menos explicaciones hay que entregar...

(Un contra: Las ideas se arrancan rápido, por la costumbre de llorar como método de descarga de mugre psicológica , asi que si, se sufre de Lagunas mentales tremendas)

¿LLuvia en febrero?

Era algo inesperado, la verdad, pero más de una vez había presenciado llvias en verano...

De pequeña pensaba que durante el verano las nubes estaban tan muertas de calor por estar tan arriba, cerca del sol que comenzaban a "sudar" Bueno, entenderán que al ser nuves, evidentemente, llovían. Lo que ella no consideraba tan evidente, era por qué solía suceder un día de febrero. Un año se dispuso a esperar todo el mes de enero por aquel terriblemente extraño día. Pero nada sucedió. Para su desconcierto, aún cuando esa última semana del mes estuvo bastante nublado, no fue hasta el mismísimo primero de febrero que calleron un par de gotas...

Quizás ahora de grande entienda que no es un efecto climático taaaaaan extraño como solía creer... Pero me quedo con esa versión. simplemente por darle un toque... un No-se-qué.

Y a lo mejor tuve algo de suerte, y no me equivoqué.

Panqueques

500 cc de leche
200grs harina
3 huevos
50grs azúcar
1 cda aceite
1 tapa de vainilla

Preparación

Mezclar la leche y los huevos. Agregar azúcar aceite y vainilla. Agregar harina cernida y mezclar sin dejar grumos. Dejar reposar durante 10 minutos. Calentar sartén, agregar una capa fina de aceite y vaciar un poco de la mezcla. Dorar levemente por ambos lados. Rellenar con manjar o mermelada

Relleno panqueques salados.
Champiñones salteados en mantequilla, apagar con vino blanco y agregar salsa bechamel (queso ricota mezclado con ciboulette). Rellenar y servir calientes.

Panqueques americanos

150cc leche
1 huevo
150grs harina
Vainilla
5grs polvos de hornear

Misma preparación. Se fríen en un sartén enmantequillado vaciando pequeñas porciones de la mezcla, cociéndolos por ambos lados sin dorar completamente. Servir con miel.
